Refund Policy

If Author’s Blueprint isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Here’s how to ask and what happens next.

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll return your payment, subject to the exclusions below. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email melvin@craftandsystem.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number or the email on your receipt so we can find the purchase. We’ll reply when we’ve reviewed your request.

How refunds are processed

The Author's Blueprint is sold by Craft & System and payments are processed by Stripe. When we approve a refund, we issue it through Stripe back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5 to 10 business days). Email us with any refund or billing question and we'll handle it directly.

What may disqualify a refund

These situations may fall outside the guarantee:

• Requests made after the 14-day window, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Abuse of the policy, such as repeatedly buying and refunding, or refunding while continuing to use the Software.
• Fraudulent purchases or chargeback fraud.

Payment disputes

You can contact us for help with a billing problem. You also retain the right to contact your bank or payment provider directly. Opening a dispute does not itself disqualify a refund. If a dispute is already open, we may need to resolve it through your payment provider to avoid refunding the same payment twice. A fully refunded purchase or a payment reversed after a lost dispute no longer provides an active license. Your local files remain yours, and read-only access and exports remain available.

Your legal rights

We currently sell to customers in the United States. This voluntary guarantee does not limit any refund, warranty, dispute, or other consumer right that applicable law gives you. The exclusions above do not override those rights.
